Amiko 8200 boot problem 0000

Hi,

My amiko 8200 wont boot it only shows 0000 on the lcd screen and nothing else.
It keeps counting the minutes but once i turn it off and on it goes back to 0000 and nothing loads.

You have to do boot loader with cable null modem!!!!
