Unhappy I can't play back Skylink recodings on PC

Hi,
If I record any encrypted SK Skylink channel on my Amiko 8360 I can only watch them on the STB as they will not play on my PC (blank screen with no audio).
If I record a UK Freesat channel (subscription free) or an un-encrypted Skylink channel I can play them back perfectly on the PC.
I’ve set “Record scrambled” to off (no) and I’m using an official Skylink ICE card.
I’ve tried everything I can think of, but it obviously has something to do with the channel being originally scrambled.
Any help or at least a reason why it does this would be very much appreciated.

Phew... I've finally found the answer to the "Record as scrambled" option :-)

AMIKO receivers come with a ‘Record as scrambled’ option that can be turned on or off.
The reason behind this is a persistent problem with STBs, PVRs and pay TV recorders.
Recordings that are saved with encryption can only be played back until the corresponding provider changes the decryption key on the smart card (which happens at regular intervals). After that the recording is rendered useless.
If ‘Record Scrambled’ is turned off, all encrypted recordings are first decrypted and only then saved on the attached storage medium.

However I still have the problem of playing previously encrypted channels on the PC.
Do Amiko STBs have some kind of DRM (BISS) built into them so previously encrypted recordings can't be played on any other device?
Is there a hidden option or feature to disable this?

Any help would be gratefully welcomed :-)

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
I'm at a loss now of how I can get around this DRM problem :-(
Many thanks.

Play the recording is only when the card is in CI module, not in the UNI card reader!

For playback of recorded files on pc.,we need "pvr key" wich is different from stb to stb(and not public, yet).Only ALI 3602 based stb's recordings are unencrypted.

Many thanks macko154 & konstantine :-)
So if I buy an official Skylink CI CAM will this sort the problem?
From what macko154 says, waiting for the "key" to become known may never happen :-(
At least I now know it's not me doing something wrong :-)
Thanks again guys!
