Question Mezzo (Hotbird) not working with latest s/w and softcam?

on clarke tech 2100 plus Mezzo working ok, but with my amiko mini combo is black screen. There is a solution?

The problem is Amiko softcam (McaSKey) as some thing is not active,i think KALL or ANIS NOUALI on here can help us about this Matter.

Mezzo working fine on Eutelsat W3 7E

Transponder:10845 V 30000
