please need help with my amiko 8820

I just loaded the latest sw firm Version: hs_2.62
Amiko_8820_Synaps_1.6.61.VI ,and when he reboot i can not make any comand from remote control .ikin mean the menu.Nothing works ..please any advice i apreciate .please help me

Your sw.is incompatible with remote controller.There are two ways to solve the problem:1'st try to cheange the sw with serial cable RS232.2'nd buy a compatible R.C(amiko old models),like this: http://postimg.org/image/wwei4bbld/

you can go back to older sw via RS232, or if you have remote from yumatu receiver

No matter for what amiko: sd or hd.Works even with digitv remote for hyundai 1160na.
